Early this morning, perennial online favorite Fashion Nova launched their newest celebrity capsule collection, this time teaming up with Miss "Regular Degular Shmegular" herself, Cardi B. If you’ve been following Cardi for a while then you know two things about her:
She’s become a fashion powerhouse thanks to her incredible team of stylists led by Kollin Carter, and
She loves to look rich on a budget.
Cardi isn’t shy about combining high fashion Gucci tops with $18 jeans, and Fashion Nova has been a favorite of hers since she came on the scene. It was only a matter of time before she was made an official brand ambassador and now a full collaboration. The line dropped at midnight on November 15 and sold out within the hour. And for good reason too; the pieces are perfect in the way they mix high fashion silhouettes with a Bronx streetwear aesthetic all at an affordable price point. The most expensive item in the collection is a floor length faux-fur coat at $200 that’ll make anybody feel like that bougie aunt in the family that nobody likes, but secretly loves.
